Does any tea help weight loss?
June 30, 2009I am currently trying to lose a bit of weight. I am changing my diet and exercise habits, but i was wondering if tea helped weight loss. I am aware that green tea does, but would any tea work as a natural weight loss helper?
well, it may not help it directly, but tea is a relatively healthy beverage, especially black.
Because of the lack of any harmful substances, i'd say yes-yes it can be.
Love tea

Exercise is just as pivotal as food consumption when it comes to losing weight, but the sole diet which definitely worked for me was wu-yi tea, it can be viewed in the resource box below, they have a small number of free trials left, it was featured in Fox News and CNN. I melted away twenty five pounds, it definitely does produce results!

Any tea coming from the Camellia sinensis tea plant promotes fat-burning. The most effective ones are green tea and oolong tea. Not every tea promotes as much fat-burning as those two. Chamomille and black tea are good alternatives. Of course, if you don't eat well, the tea won't be as effective. And can guess what most fat-burning pills? Green-tea extract. So it does work, but don't expect miracles.

It does help, yes. As I said many times, it boosts your metabolism. And that's good for you, if you're trying to burn calories. So yeah. Tea, in general, helps. I love black tea. lol <3
