Grow your own then you will have the freshest and best tea. I have a tea plant for this reason. Pick the tips of new shoots, only the top three or four leaves from each. Place in microwave for 30 seconds to cure the roll into ball and place in teapot and add boiling water and allow to set for two to three minutes.
