I have a Mr.l Coffee Ice Tea Maker and the white basket that the tea bags brew/sit in is stained. Any suggestions on how to remove them?
I use baking soda and a little bit of vinegar to do the trick, it may take some scrubbing.

What I do is soak the basket in Clorox. Then, after the stains are all gone, I rinse it very well in hot water and let it air dry. This will also kill any bacteria that may be on it. If you rinse it well, there will be no Clorox smell or taste in the basket and it gets it really nice and white. It is perfectly safe this way too.

I like froggs solution. Washing periodically, especially in a dishwasher, will help maintain the white look longer. Bleach after thorough rinsing evaporates. Too bad they don’t make white tea! LOL
