Bottled iced teas (neastea, lipton etc) feel more like I’m drinking a soft drink than a tea because of all the added sugars, but how much of the tea antoxidants etc. am I getting when I drink these bottled iced teas?
hey good question! ive wondered that myself as i drink sobe green tea all the time. arizona is very fakey, as is the "brisk" varieties of lipton. but some say theyre "all natural" and if you read the ingredients, it is real tea… just with some added sugar, or flavor whatever. so basically what I’D say is, read the label. if it has real tea, then why wouldnt it have the perks?

idkk but it doesnt sound too healthy…and nothing beats the natural thing
