You can’t spot reduce fat. You need to lose it all over or not at all.
If it’s just your belly, go to your doctor. I’ve seen a condition where the abdominal muscles push outward that can give the appearance of a fat belly after pregnancy. Maybe you should be checked for that.

I wouldn’t worry about diet teas. Honestly. Good hard ab crunches will do the job much more efficiently than any diet whatever food or such. There is no replacement for good ol fashion muscular training. Tea is great though, I recommend drinking tea every day, the benefits are great, but don’t rely on it to flatten your stomach, you have to take that problem on yourself. Work out.
