What are some good herbal tea recipes?
October 03, 2009I really would like some websites involving herbal teas to look at as well as recipes and to know the properties of each herbal tea.

I absolutely LOVE this tea, I just started making this one a couple months ago and cannot stop! (This recipe is for a pot, rather than a cup, you can reduce amount of each ingredient if it is only for yourself).
Cinnamon Apple Tea
1 1/2 cups boiling water
6 Cinnamon Apple tea bags
3 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 cups cold water
1 cup grape juice
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Club soda, chilled, optional
In teapot, pour boiling water over teabags; cover and steep 5 minutes. Remove bags; stir in sugar and cool. In pitcher, combine tea, cold water and juices. If you wish, serve in ice-filled glasses with a splash of soda. Garnish with lemon slices.
