What type Green Tea must you use on diet?

Do you have to drink a special "diet tea" when drinking green tea to loose weight? Can regular grocery store green tea do the job? How much do you need to drink?

Regular green tea has some health benefits, such as fighting free radicals, but it is not some miracle fat burner. You will need to try other products that have supplements in them to curb appetite and burn fat if your goal is to lose weight

Regular green tea is healthy and great for you, so you might not need a weight loss supplement. If you replaced a bad meal (junk food) with green tea, then you would eventually lose weight.
