The health benefits in certain teas? Are they good for someone who wants their acne gone or not?
May 29, 2009I also used to wonder what was in some of the teas I drink occasionally. Since I struggle with acne for the last 6 years would these teas help clean me out internal and help reduce my stress?
Green Tea
Chamomile Tea
Peppermint Tea?
And if you have other suggestions, please do say them!
Green tea has antioxidants in it. Antioxidants are responsible for killing free radicals in the body which end up causing diseases. It is the same with the skin. Antioxidants can help make the skin more clearer and brighter…some have even shown an improvement in skin tone.
the amount of antioxidants in green tea are not as much as those in white tea…so if you are serious about it you should consider getting a pack of white tea and trying it out for a few weeks.
There are tons more benefits of white tea to health and you may want to read a bit on it.
I got a free pack recently….you should too.

Struggling with acne for 6 years?
I suggest seeing a skin doctor. Nobody can really tell what causes acne, cause different people have different skin type.
Some get acne cause they have dirty organs, Some just have sensetive skin. Some get acne cause of stress. See a skin doctor, theres no telling. It could be due to influx of hormones too. Believe me, you can be 20++ and still have too much hormones. It could also be the product you used to clean your face.

Green tea has a lot of antioxidants in it, so it should help a little bit. For the other teas, i’ve actually never heard of them.
