Which types of teas stain your teeth the most?
October 28, 2009Ive started to love tea lately, but i want my teeth to look nice. Ive mainly been drinking green tea, and my mom recently bought a "sleepy time tea" that has chamomile in it. So which types of teas should i avoid to prevent the most stains?
Black teas are the worse for staining your teeth.
Chamomile is a tisane and not really a tea. But it’s very good for you. Continue drinking it.
