What is better for weight loss: green tea or water?

I heard many time that green tea can help me loose weight. I have also heard that water can and is the best think you can drink. But can water make you gain more "water weight" than anything?

Sodium makes you gain water weight, not water. Water actually flushes away water weight. Drinking cold water can help you burn calories, because it takes calories to bring the water up to your body temp, but green tea has antioxidants that help flush away impurities in your body. I would use both.
