Is it OK to drink alot of Arizona Diet Green Tea?
December 07, 2009I drink about a half a gallon of Arizona Diet Green Tea with ginseng a day along with about two bottled waters.
Just wondering how much caffeine is in this product per serving? I have been drinking this tea for about a year now
and love it! Is this tea OK to drink alot with the below ingredients?
Here are the ingredients:
Premium Brewed Green Tea
Honey Citric Acid, Vitamin C, Natural Flavors, Sucralose, Acesulfame Potassium,
Ginsing Extract.

The artificial sweetners in it are not good to be consumed that much a day. It would be better to drink a 1/4th gallon of the regular kind a day.

Whoa ‘ badboy ‘ um no , it’s not , too much of anything consume it’s bad .
Even if it’s good for you , Why ? Because then your body it’s going to adjudge to that setting of Green tea .
I think that theirs less than 15 % caffeine but either way too much potassium it’s bad for you .

and Drink more water it’s makes the world go round or better yet mix half a cup of green tea with half a cup of water .
But if you completely insist on green tea everyday , buy organic green tea and add a teaspoon of honey into the pot . It’s a lot healthier .

Cut down on the iced tea. Too much of it can make you sick.
Instead, add one part water, one part tea and try not to drink the stuff straight.

Well, one cup of coffee has 100 mgs of caffine, while a cut of green tea has 20, so theres not much caffine, but the arftifical sweetener isnt good for the brain.

I totally love Arizona Green Tea I am not to big on the Diet one really Im not to big on diet anything just because in things like teas and natural products like that that are already healthy they are adding things into that dont really need to be added to give it that healthy "effect". Any kind of Green Tea or really any tea is good for just be careful on the sugar content. You should totally try all of the other flavors that they have I am in love with the Black Tea and the bottle is pretty too:D
