Its one of those things I never remember at the doc office to ask. But Ive always wondered what kind of tea my daughter can have. Shes 3 and I always wonder if she can have some chamomille tea with me or a sip of my green tea when Im drinking it. And just all teas in general. Anyone know a good site? Everyone I go to it says, consult doctor. So thats not helpful. Thanks in advance!
My son is 3 and he loves just about every herbal tea he can get his hands on. His favorite is a black cherry berry made by celestial seasonings. I find that chamomile tea helps soothe him when he has an upset tummy, and just about any tea without caffeine in it is just fine to give to kids……in moderation of course
Our family doc says there is nothing wrong with giving it to him at this age, it helps them to enjoy a variety of beverages that aren’t soda pop!
My Girlfriends and I are having a tea party and would like to know what type of liquors would compliment the teas we’ll be drinking
cognac goes well with tea. add dash of cinnamon and net mug, plus honey.
I do know a little about tea and I drink both of those, pretty much daily, because of the health benefits. I was wondering if someone could let me know the full health benefits of each one? For example, that green tea can help with weight loss and that white tea is generally helpful to keeping your skin healthy. What are others? Lots of information and detail would be great, and if you have any sources, let me know! Thanks in advance!
Today, scientific research in both Asia and the west is providing hard evidence for the health benefits long associated with drinking green tea. There is also research indicating that drinking green tea lowers total cholesterol levels, as well as improving the ratio of good (HDL) cholesterol to bad (LDL) cholesterol. White tea may have profound power against cancer-causing cells and against many different types of cancer, such as colon, prostate, and stomach cancers. t helps lower high blood pressure and maintain a healthy one. By promoting strong and healthy blood vessels, white tea guards against the ravages of stroke.White tea is a natural killer of bacteria and viruses. The antioxidants so abundant in white tea tone the entire immune system, providing protection against a variety of invaders and a wide range of diseases.
Ive started to love tea lately, but i want my teeth to look nice. Ive mainly been drinking green tea, and my mom recently bought a "sleepy time tea" that has chamomile in it. So which types of teas should i avoid to prevent the most stains?
Black teas are the worse for staining your teeth.
Chamomile is a tisane and not really a tea. But it’s very good for you. Continue drinking it.

I know about the chamomile tea,can you tell me the name of some other teas and name then in order according to their effectiveness.
Thanks a lot.
Hi.
The best one I know is the one a friend of mine is drinking at the moment and seems to be working well for her: valerian tea.
Valerian is a natural sedative, so tea made from valerian root is what you are looking for.
