My doc says it’s ok and then I tried some herbal sleepy time teas. I then read the label and it said don’t use when pregnant unless ok’ed by the doctor. Now, I am nervous.
Which teas are ok to take?
Which teas are good to use for sleep? I know some are not! The doc did not tell me which ones are ok. I just want to know. I already love my baby.
Use extreme caution when drinking herbal teas when you are pregnant or nursing. Anything, I mean anything except maybe chamomile, could cause your blood pressure to go up. Watch our for Caffiene, Rose Hips, Hibiscus, Echinacea …
I’m a student applying to nursing school and I need to take the TEAS exam. Where can register for this exam?
There are many locations which you may use to register for the examination.
A number of them are below./
I’m not interested in weight loss – I’d just rather not get cancer if I don’t have to.
I don’t want to hear some "taking some time out of your day to savor the aroma, and flavory of the tea…" garbage. I read that in order to get the benefits one has to drink 5-10 cups a day. In addition to the fact that I don’t have time for 5-10 cups, I could see it becoming a big hassle, and can’t picture myself following through for more than 2 days.
Anyway, a good website that isn’t advertising pills, or someone who knows something about this would be very helpful. I don’t need advice on life.
ya i its good for health
